Asset management company 360 ONE Asset, a wholly-owned subsidiary of 360 ONE WAM, has invested INR 170.6 crore in Paras Healthcare, a hospital chain based in North India.
According to a company statement, the investment comprises a mix of primary capital infusion into the company and a secondary component that facilitated a partial exit by an existing investor.
“This marks our seventh investment in the Indian healthcare services segment, reaffirming our strong conviction in the sector’s long-term potential,” said Umesh Agrawal, Senior Fund Manager and Strategy Head - Financial Services and Industrials, 360 ONE Asset.
The investment is also part of 360 ONE Asset’s Pre-IPO strategy, which the firm describes as market-leading.
Paras Healthcare operates a network of hospitals across North India and has previously attracted institutional interest in its expansion plans. The latest development underscores continued investor interest in the Indian healthcare services segment.
