DavaIndia Rolls Out India’s First Multilingual Pharmacy App in Varanasi

Generic pharmacy retail chain DavaIndia has launched its e-commerce platform and multilingual pharmacy app in Varanasi, marking a significant move in expanding digital access to affordable medicines in the region.

The company claims this to be India’s first pharmacy app offering ordering services in 14 regional languages, aimed at easing access to generic medicines for a wider section of the population. 

The platform offers medicine delivery within 60 minutes and allows prescription uploads, order tracking, and pick-up services from nearby stores within 10 minutes.

DavaIndia, currently, operates 180+ company-owned and 150+ franchise outlets in Uttar Pradesh, including eight in Varanasi. 

The app offers over 2,000 products, primarily generic alternatives to branded medicines.

The launch comes at a time when demand for affordable healthcare services is rising across the country. 

DavaIndia’s online services now cover 15 states and over 60 cities, and the company has established a presence in 226+ serviced pin codes across Uttar Pradesh alone.

In addition to ordering medicines, the app offers features such as free physician consultations, refill alerts, and pharmacist support, as part of its digital services network.
