IKS Health Expands Partnership with OrthoNY to Enhance Patient Engagement

As part of this expansion, OrthoNY will adopt IKS Health's Awareness/Ability/Willingness algorithm, a patent-pending tool designed to personalize patient communication strategies.

IKS Health, a global care enablement solutions provider, has announced an expanded partnership with OrthoNY, a leading orthopedic and pain management group based in New York's Capital Region. 

The collaboration, which previously focused on revenue cycle management (RCM), will now incorporate a patient engagement hub powered by IKS Health's proprietary artificial intelligence and digital solutions.

Personalized Engagement to Drive Adherence

As part of this expansion, OrthoNY will adopt IKS Health's Awareness/Ability/Willingness algorithm, a patent-pending tool designed to personalize communication strategies with patients. 

The algorithm assesses a patient's historical data to score their awareness of care obligations, financial ability, and willingness to comply, thereby tailoring outreach in terms of channel, timing, and tone to improve patient responsiveness.
