This strategic collaboration, valued at over INR 300 Cr, aims to improve diagnostic services and healthcare accessibility in semi-urban and rural areas.

Krsnaa Diagnostics has partnered with Medikabazaar, India’s largest B2B healthcare procurement platform, and United Imaging to establish over 30 advanced diagnostic centers across Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities in India.

This strategic collaboration, valued at over INR 300 Cr, aims to improve diagnostic services and healthcare accessibility in semi-urban and rural areas.

The partnership focuses on deploying advanced imaging technologies across Krsnaa’s network of diagnostic centers.

This initiative is designed to address the healthcare gap in underserved regions, ensuring timely and accurate diagnostics for remote populations.

Rajendra Mutha, Chairman of Krsnaa Diagnostics, said, “This collaboration strengthens our ability to provide cutting-edge imaging services at competitive prices, particularly in underserved regions.”

Dinesh Lodha, Group CEO of Medikabazaar, emphasized that this initiative aligns with India’s healthcare goals by promoting better infrastructure and access to quality healthcare for underserved communities.

The new diagnostic centers will also complement existing public-private partnership (PPP) projects, ensuring advanced diagnostic services are available to the most vulnerable populations across India.

Founded in 2011, Krsnaa Diagnostics was established by Pallavi Jain. Krsnaa Diagnostics is a leading provider of diagnostic imaging, pathology, and tele-radiology services in India.

It aims to offer high-quality diagnostic services at affordable prices, ensuring accessibility to healthcare across urban and rural areas. Going forward, it plans to expand its network of diagnostic centers and enhance its technological capabilities to provide even more comprehensive and efficient diagnostic solutions.

Medikabazaar on the other hand was founded in 2015 by Vivek Tiwari and Ketan Malkan. It is a B2B online marketplace for medical equipment and supplies.

It aims to bridge the demand-supply gap for medical equipment across India, ensuring that supplies reach even the most remote areas. Going forward, it plans to scale up its services and expand its reach, particularly focusing on Tier II, III, and IV cities.

In August, Mumbai-based Medikabazaar, appointed Dinesh Lodha as its new Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Lodha’s appointment comes at a pivotal time as Medikabazaar seeks to expand its footprint both domestically and internationally amidst a rapidly growing healthcare market.
