Bengaluru-based healthtech startup MediBuddy has announced the launch of its new office in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, marking a significant step in its regional expansion strategy.

Located at Nextcoworks in Vijay Nagar, the new center will serve as a key operational hub for the company’s 24×7 digital services, customer support, and service delivery.

The move aligns with MediBuddy’s focus on scaling its presence beyond metro cities and harnessing high-potential talent from Tier-2 and Tier-3 markets. The company is actively hiring for positions across operations, customer support, sales, IT, and allied functions tailored to regional healthcare needs.

Sharing thoughts, Satish Kannan, Co-founder and CEO, MediBuddy, said, “We believe quality healthcare and better work opportunities should not be confined to metro cities. Indore is a city brimming with talent and potential. The launch of our Indore office is an important step in that direction, creating local employment opportunities while bringing high-quality, trusted healthcare services closer to people, regardless of the geography.”

The new office is also expected to play a key role in MediBuddy’s employer branding strategy by offering competitive roles, career growth opportunities, and a chance to be part of a purpose-led, tech-first healthcare organization.

This expansion further reflects MediBuddy’s long-term mission of bridging healthcare accessibility gaps while building a distributed, tech-driven healthcare delivery network across India.
