Medicover Hospitals Names Neeraj Lal as Regional Director

Leading Multispeciality Hospital Medicover has appointed Neeraj Lal as its Regional Director, solidifying its leadership in the healthcare sector.

Sharing the news on LinkedIn, Lal wrote, "I'm happy to share that I'm starting a new position as Regional Director at Medicover!"

In his new role, Lal will oversee operations and financial performance for an extensive network comprising 1,400 beds and 2 OPD clinics across Maharashtra, including key hospitals in Navi Mumbai, Pune, Nashik, Aurangabad, and Sangamner.

Lal comes to Medicover after serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Apollo Hospitals in Ahmedabad for over three years, where he played a crucial role in implementing various digital health initiatives.

Prior to his tenure at Apollo, he held the position of Group Senior Vice President at Medicover Hospitals.

His career has been marked by leadership roles, including Cluster Head and Vice President at Rainbow Children's Hospitals in Bangalore and Karnataka.

Additionally, he has served as the Group Chief Operating Officer of the Sunshine Global Group of Hospitals in Gujarat.

Neeraj Lal is a post-graduate in Hospital Administration from the prestigious Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) in Mumbai and holds a degree in Medical Technology from PGI Chandigarh.

Medicover is a globally recognized healthcare brand operating in 12 countries, including Germany, Sweden, Poland, Turkey, Belarus, Bulgaria, Georgia, Hungary, Romania, Serbia, Moldova, Ukraine, and India.
