“His visionary leadership and decades of experience in top healthcare networks will help advance patient care, innovation, and growth under his guidance,” Livasa said in its announcement.

Mohali-based Livasa Hospitals has appointed Anurag Yadav as its new Chief Executive Officer.

The appointment was formally announced through Livasa’s official LinkedIn page, welcoming Yadav as CEO and underscoring his three decades of experience in India’s private healthcare sector.

Livasa, which operates multi-specialty hospitals in Mohali, Amritsar, Hoshiarpur, Nawanshahr and Khanna, said it expects Yadav to strengthen patient care and drive innovation across its network.

Yadav brings more than 25 years of leadership experience from some of the country’s largest hospital chains.

He has held senior positions at Gleneagles and IHH Healthcare India, where he rose from Chief Financial Officer to Chief Executive Officer, managing multi-hospital operations and integration.

Moreover, his tenure at IHH and Gleneagles was marked by expansion strategies, digital adoption, and process-driven reforms.

Before that, he held leadership roles at Manipal Hospitals and Fortis Healthcare, where he worked on growth and financial stewardship during key phases of expansion.

He was also part of Sakra World Hospital in Bengaluru, a joint venture between Indian and Japanese partners, where he contributed to positioning the hospital as a quality-focused tertiary care provider.

“A Fellow Chartered Accountant and ISB alumnus, Mr. Yadav is known for his visionary, people-first leadership. We look forward to his guidance as Livasa Hospitals advances to new heights in patient care and innovation,” Livasa mentioned in a LinkedIn post.

Known for his people-first leadership style, he has often emphasized operational efficiency, innovation in care delivery, and digital transformation in hospital management.

By appointing a leader with experience across India’s top healthcare networks, the group is signaling its ambition to move beyond its regional stronghold and emerge as a modern, technology-driven healthcare provider.

“His visionary leadership and decades of experience in top healthcare networks will help advance patient care, innovation, and growth under his guidance,” Livasa said in its announcement.
