Mumbai’s Alyve Health Unveils New Feature for Healthcare Payments

Alyve Pay offers access to health plans and eliminates the cumbersome reimbursement procedures that often complicate medical care. 

Mumbai-based healthtech platform Alyve Health introduced its latest feature, Alyve Pay to streamline the healthcare payment process. 

Alyve Pay is designed to provide a cashless and hassle-free experience for users. It offers access to health plans and eliminates the cumbersome reimbursement procedures that often complicate medical care. 

The healthtech startup, founded by Shashank Avadhani, Sushant Roy, and Vineet Mehta in May 2020, aims to simplify health plan experiences and provide extensive coverage for its members. 

Alyve Health offers a range of health plans covering doctor consultations, diagnostics, medicine purchases, dental procedures, gym memberships, and proactive well-being.

About Alyve Pay

Alyve Pay enables users to consult with any doctor or clinic, giving them the autonomy to select healthcare providers, including their family physicians.

The system supports pre-booked appointments via the Alyve Health app and walk-ins, where users can pay by scanning the doctor’s UPI code using Alyve Pay. 

Payments are deducted from the user's Alyve Health Plan wallet. Moreover, all transactions and medical records stored in a secure environment. 

The healthtech startup also offers a dedicated team of healthcare experts can assist users with any questions or concerns.

Alyve Pay not only reduces the stress of finding the right doctor and managing reimbursements but also encourages confidence in using our platform extensively with providers of their choice,” Sushant Roy, cofounder, CBO, and COO of Alyve Health, added.

Alyve Health recently raised a $5.5 million Series A funding round. The investment was led by Axilor Ventures and included participation from 1Crowd Fund, InHealth Ventures, and Trifecta Capital through venture debt.

According to the startup, the funds sought to support strategic growth in critical areas such as platform enhancement, talent acquisition, operational expansion, service amplification, and member engagement.
