NPrep, an AI-driven skilling and placement platform for nursing students and professionals, has raised an undisclosed amount in a pre-seed funding round led by All In Capital.

The funding round also included participation from IIMA Ventures, Chegg founder Aayush Phumbhra, and several family offices and angel investors.

The startup plans to deploy the capital to expand its course offerings, enhance its AI-based learning platform, and deepen placement collaborations with hospitals and healthcare institutions across India.

Additionally, NPrep aims to grow its regional language support to better serve learners from Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.

Founded by AIIMS Jodhpur alumni Dr. Prince Kaushik, Dr. Utkarsh Paliwal, Dr. Gourav, and AI/ML expert Shrey Gupta, NPrep uses technology to address gaps in nursing education and career pathways. The platform uses generative AI to create personalized learning paths by evaluating students' strengths and weaknesses. It simulates real-world clinical scenarios to improve practical skills and offers instant feedback for better training outcomes.

The platform also supports nursing professionals with mock interviews, resume building, and automated assessment tools to improve job readiness. By integrating education with employability, NPrep aims to reduce preventable medical errors and build a future-ready nursing workforce in India.

NPrep reportedly reaches over 2 million learners monthly and has grown its user base to 40,000 students in the past six months alone. The platform delivers over 1,300 hours of highly adaptive and personalized learning content.

Looking ahead, NPrep plans to expand its placement services across India in the fiscal year 2026 and internationally by 2027, leveraging its combined medical and technological expertise.
