Mumbai-based Qure.ai, a medical imaging artificial intelligence startup, has partnered with USARAD Holdings Inc, a leading teleradiology company from the US to enhance radiological decision-making.

The three-year collaboration will primarily focus on deploying Qure's chest X-ray AI software, '˜qXR.' This advanced solution offers in-depth analysis of chest X-rays, equipping radiologists with the tools to expedite decision-making, allocate resources effectively, and prioritise critical cases by identifying key clinical markers.

Commenting on the same, Prashant Warier, cofounder and CEO of Qure.ai, said, "We are thrilled to embark on this transformative journey into the US Teleradiology Market alongside USARAD. This partnership underlines Qure.ai's unwavering commitment to transform radiological decision-making through AI innovation. Our qXR software's deployment will empower radiologists with swift, insightful chest X-ray analyses, facilitating prioritisation of critical cases and efficient resource allocation. Together with USARAD, we are shaping the future of healthcare delivery and reaffirming our dedication to optimising patient outcomes through cutting-edge technology."

USARAD, a subsidiary of Nanox, is a renowned teleradiology company based in the United States, boasting a network of over 116 US certified radiologists. It was formed by a collaborative effort of American radiologists, all board-certified by the American Board of Radiology.

Talking about the transformative potential of this partnership, Dr Michael Yuz, CEO and founder of USARAD, said, "This partnership signifies an exciting leap toward redefining patient care through AI-driven solutions. With qXR at the forefront, we are not just embracing innovation; we're reshaping how radiologists approach critical decision-making, ultimately leading to better outcomes and more efficient resource utilisation."

With Qure's innovative qXR solution integrated into USARAD's teleradiology services, the diagnostic efficiency is expected to improve significantly. This collaboration paves the way for potential cost reductions and quicker and more accurate radiological decisions.

In a recent update, Qure.ai has successfully obtained FDA clearance for its innovative AI solution, qXR-CTR, designed to evaluate cardiomegaly. This technology leverages powerful artificial intelligence algorithms, significantly boosting efficiency and accuracy in assessments, thereby providing invaluable support to physicians and advancing diagnostic precision.
