Terumo India Introduces Terufusion Advanced Infusion Systems for Critical Care
The company is currently engaging with leading hospitals across the country to integrate the infusion systems into critical care operations.
Terumo India, the Indian subsidiary of Terumo Corporation, has launched the Terufusion Advanced Infusion Systems in India, aiming to strengthen drug administration in critical care.
The connected infusion system integrates a Smart Syringe Pump, Smart Infusion Pump (volumetric), and Pump Monitoring System software. It is designed to deliver precise and transparent drug delivery while offering digital features such as remote monitoring, customizable dose modes, and an integrated drug library.
As India’s critical care capacity expands with over 95,000 ICU beds nationwide, the company highlighted the rising need for safer and more efficient infusion solutions.
