Before joining Max Healthcare, Talaulikar served as the CEO of Gleneagles Hospitals, Mumbai, where he played a key role in overseeing hospital operations, driving strategic initiatives, and improving patient care services.

Talaulikar has also held significant leadership roles at Fortis Healthcare, where he contributed to managing hospital operations, driving business growth, and improving clinical outcomes.
