Zydus Restructures Leadership, Appoints New Directors

Zydus Lifesciences has announced key management changes as part of its ongoing restructuring strategy.
Effective February 10, 2025, Harish Sadana has stepped down as Managing Director, Director, and employee of Zydus Healthcare Limited (ZHL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zydus Lifesciences.
Sadana will transition into a new role as President-Corporate Matters and report directly to Sharvil P Patel, Managing Director of Zydus Lifesciences.
As part of the leadership reshuffle, Vijay Bhalerao, currently Senior Vice President at ZHL, has been appointed Additional and Full-Time Director of the subsidiary.
Bhalerao has 39 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having held leadership roles at Cipla, Emcure, and Zydus. His expertise spans sales, marketing, and management development.
